Its blooms open a silvery lavender edged in pink, which intensifies in cool weather and at petal tips, creating a luminous effect. Large, high-centered flowers are carried mostly singly on long stems, with a light to moderate fragrance. Upright and vigorous, this rose is prized for cutting and exhibition as well as garden display.
