Allow us the opportunity to coach you to success!

If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the original purchase price of your plant (excluding tax + shipping + applied discounts). Credit is good for one year and can be used on anything at GraceRoseFarm.com* (*except gift cards and subscriptions).

🚫 Not Covered Under the Warranty:

❌ Plants damaged by wild weather or extreme temps
❌ Improper planting
❌ Planted in the wrong USDA zone or during a frost
❌ Left inside too long or unplanted after 48 hours of arrival
❌ Too much or too little sun, water, or fertilizer
❌ Garden pests
❌ Broken stems during shipping (don’t worry—those usually bounce back with a quick prune!)
❌ Florist rose bushes, tropicals, annuals or bienniels
