The primary benefit to the Grace Rose Estate Membership is 48 hour early access to new and re-stocked products. Some of our varieties are only available in limited quantities, and our members will have priority access to them.

Every tier of our membership has something unique to offer - including free products and amazing discounts.

Members will have a unique collection page that is only accessible to members who are logged in. There are three different private collection pages, one for each membership tier. In that collection, you will find all new and restocked products. Members have access to those products for 48 hours before we open the garden gate to all.

For Collector and Conservator Members - the RESERVED roses will only be located on your private collection page. These roses and products reside in your collection page until they are sold out. Our exclusive roses and products are in extremely limited quantities, and availability is first-come, first-served.

All members will be emailed on Fridays when products are dropped in the store. However, we encourage you to check your private collection regularly for surprises!

Grace Rose Farm offers roses in the following ways:

1) Potted Roses - 100's of varieties available in Estate Rose™ size, 3 and 2 Gallon, and #1 own root.

2) Bare Root Roses - over 700 skus! Trees, climbers, and bushes offered in budded and own root.

Upon joining, you will receive a welcome email listing all of your coupon codes. You will also be emailed regularly to remind you of your coupon codes.

To use your coupon codes, please keep in mind that they do not work together and can not be stacked with other offers and coupon codes. You must be logged into your account with the email you used to sign up for the membership for the code to function. Coupon codes can not be shared as they only work with a corresponding membership tier.

New and re-stocked products drop into our store at different rhythms, with a large portion of them dropped into the collections on Fridays. Members have 48 hours before they are removed from the private collection pages and open to everyone on the website. If the collection page is empty, don't worry! Check back often for new drops! We will email you every time we have major drops in the private collections.

Memberships can not be shared with friends. Perks are only functional with the members account. Please do not share your account information with others. Many of your perks only work one time!

You will need to be logged into your account with the email you used when you purchased the membership for your membership coupon codes and private early access collection page to function. Placing your orders will be done right on our website.

Your membership is for one year from date of purchase, and will not renew automatically.

Potted roses and plants ship in 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. A date picker is not available. Please allow more time during holidays as we give our employees the day off!

Presale potted plants will be shipped during the appropriate timing - this includes lilacs, peonies, etc. A date picker is not available. Member will receive an email when the product ships.

Bare root roses ship automatically according to the customers location. Bare root rose shipping begins in January of 2026 and goes through March 2026. Bare root roses will not be shipped after April 2026. There is not a date picker for bare root roses. An email with shipping information will be emailed to you when your bare root roses are shipped to you.
