We take great pride in the quality of our cut garden roses and handle each order with care during packaging and shipping. We use UPS for all shipments, but we understand that there are rare occasions when roses may arrive in less-than-acceptable condition. If this happens, please reach out to Client Services. We will do our best to send you a replacement box of the same or similar roses, as long as we are not sold out. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the purchase amount as credit for a future order. Please refer to our Grow with Grace Warranty for all rose bush orders.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of roses, we cannot accept returns. If we are unable to send you a new box of cut garden roses, we will issue a refund for the cost of the roses, minus shipping costs.
