Valentine's Day FAQ
Valentine’s Day is one of our most popular moments of the year, and our garden roses are grown and harvested in limited quantities. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure availability and your preferred delivery date.
Yes. We offer Valentine’s Day delivery options, including delivery on February 14. Due to high demand, availability becomes limited closer to the holiday, so early ordering is strongly encouraged. Please check your recipient's zip code on our website to ensure Saturday, February 14 arrival is available, as UPS does not offer Satutrday arrival to all locations.
Our garden roses are anything but ordinary. Grown with care and harvested at peak beauty, they open fully to reveal lush, layered blooms and an unmistakable natural fragrance. These are timeless roses — romantic, expressive, and unforgettable.
While classic red roses are a favorite, we have found that our customers prefer pink and peach roses over red! We offer a curated selection of seasonal garden roses in soft blush, ivory, peach, and other romantic hues - including red. Each variety is chosen for its beauty, fragrance, and ability to tell a love story in its own way.
Of course. Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love in all its forms — romantic, familial, and platonic. Our roses make a meaningful gift for partners, friends, parents, and anyone you hold close.
Yes. Every Valentine’s Day order includes the option to add a personalized message in the cart, allowing you to share your words alongside their roses.
With proper care, garden roses can be enjoyed for many days. Because they continue to open after arrival, they often become more beautiful over time.
Our delivery partners will do their best to leave the flowers in a safe location. To ensure the best experience, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the roses.
Our roses are grown, not manufactured. Because we work with nature and prioritize quality over quantity, Valentine’s Day availability is limited. Once a variety sells out, it will not be restocked.
Garden roses are prized for their lush, layered petals, full bloom shape, and naturally rich fragrance. They open more fully than standard roses, creating a romantic, timeless look.
Yes. Every bouquet is composed exclusively of garden roses—no fillers, no mixed flowers.
Garden roses typically arrive partially open and continue to bloom over the next few days. This allows you to enjoy the unfolding beauty and fragrance over time.
We design to the same color palette and style, but garden roses are seasonal and natural variations in tone and bloom stage are normal and part of their charm.
Trim stems, place roses in a clean vase with fresh water, and refresh the water regularly. Keep the bouquet in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat.
Yes. Garden roses often arrive in an earlier bloom stage to protect the petals in transit. They will open gradually with water, time, and a cooler environment.
