Our Favorite Coffee Table Books

Article: Our Favorite Coffee Table Books

On the rare occasion we have a day off nothing beats relaxing with a gorgeous book. We’ve rounded up some of our favorites here, from those that inspire us to try new flower arranging techniques to others that help fuel our dream of renovating our home in the romantic cottage style we love. If you have favorites that you’d like to share, we hope you’ll send us a comment or message over on Instagram where we’ll be highlighting this round up in our stories!

Flowers:
Peonies by Jane Eastoe: A deep dive into the history and varieties of peonies, this book is as gorgeous as it is useful whether you are a gardener, floral designer or simply a peony enthusiast.
Bringing Nature Home by Ngoc Minh Ngoc: No one understands how to capture the beauty of flowers quite like photographer Ngoc Minh Ngo, and we highly recommend both her first book, shown here, as well as the stunning follow up, In Bloom.
Charlotte Moss Flowers by Charlotte Moss: With a stunning cover that showcases garden roses, how could we not love this book! Charlotte Moss illustrated how to bring the garden indoors with simple arrangements and advice on containers that help to create lush interior vignettes.

Home Decor:
French Country Cottage by Courtney Allison: French country style as applied to a renovated 1940’s cottage in the California countryside. That is pretty much our dream renovation combination, and we especially love the romantic, flower-filled interior photos.
Beautifully Organized by Nikki Boyd: We might not be there yet, but we have big dreams of living in a decluttered, perfectly organized home. Professional organizer Nikki Boyd shares her best advice for how to create an organized, beautiful, and welcoming home, while keeping the style and glamour of your space.
Patina Farm by Brooke and Steve Giannetti :  This stunning book features the process, inspiration and design of the couple's idyllic farm in California’s Ojai Valley. Every image is more swoon worthy than the next. Don’t miss their new book, Patina Homes, which is the interior book we turn to when we feel like dreaming big. The couple displays the range of their talents, from a Provencal-style California home to an East Coast farmhouse.

Travel:
Paris in Bloom by Georgianna Lane: Explore Paris through the lens of one of the most beloved floral photographers as she brings to life elegant floral boutiques, lively flower markets to glorious blooming trees and expansive public gardens.
Patterns of India by Christine Chitnis: Over 200 lush photographs - from textiles and flower markets, to architectural feats and everyday life- take readers along on the trip of a lifetime through Rajasthan, India, one of the most vibrant regions in the world.
Dreamscapes by Claire Takacs: Stunning photography featuring over sixty of the world's most beautiful gardens from across the globe is the perfect travel book for gardening enthusiasts.
