Spring Celebrities White Hollyhock is a dwarf upright clumping biennial with rich green foliage and sturdy stalks. Flower spikes sport 3" semi-double white saucer-like flowers that bloom from late spring to mid summer. Blooms best with full sun and rich, moist well-drained soil. The Spotlight series are true perennials.
