Tools for Processing and Arranging your Garden Roses - Grace Rose Farm

Tools for Processing and Arranging your Garden Roses

Article: Tools for Processing and Arranging your Garden Roses

Time and again we are asked what our favorite tools are for processing and arranging our roses. We thought it would be great to put all our go-to items into one place so you can have these handy tools ready for when you bring our farm fresh garden roses into your home!

Stripping thorns from garden roses takes a gentle hand. Going too rough can make the stem snap. We've included the best throw strippers available that will leave your roses clean of thorns and easy to arrange! Gloves are essential when handling roses and we've linked some cute ones that will last years.

Simple mechanics such as floral tape or a frog will help you create an elevated, floral designer inspired loose arrangement. Using mechanics allows your garden roses to spread out and for the arrangement to have volume while letting your roses heads open fully. Click here for a video on how to use floral tape with our roses!

Vases, vases, vases! I love to collect fun vessels for our roses and we will be sharing more vases this spring. From staples like glass hurricanes to fun painted ceramics, one can never have too many vases!
