Next Generation® Pistachio Hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla 'Horwack') is a lovely garden companion selected for its ability to enhance the romance, texture, and seasonal beauty of a rose garden. With its compact broad-mounding habit and uniquely colored mophead flower clusters in pistachio green with a mix of reds, purples, and bronze in various degrees between flowers — blooming from late spring to mid fall — this bigleaf hydrangea brings extraordinary color and textural interest while helping create a fuller, more layered planting design.
Pistachio’s unusual color palette is unlike any other hydrangea, making it a true conversation piece in the rose garden. Its butterfly-attracting blooms and three-season interest from spring through fall make it one of the most dynamic companions available.
