Shipping Policy

Grace Rose Farm ships all of our cut roses via UPS 1-2 Day Shipping. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will also receive an email notification when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered. All deliveries should arrive before noon on your chosen delivery date. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address. Please contact UPS to inquire about the guaranteed delivery time for your area and zip code.

Shipping is calculated per dozen roses as per the below table:

*Please note our roses ship from two different locations. If you choose to order our estate grown roses and our fresh cut garden roses in the same order shipping is calculated as per the above table for each shipment. 

We ship Monday through Saturday which means deliveries are available Monday through Saturday.

Grace Rose Farm is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our roses the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by UPS, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Grace Rose Farm is not responsible for reimbursing damaged product not covered by the carrier.

Please allow one extra shipping say for Hawaii and Alaska. Your order will be delivered the day after your selected delivery date.
